Frequently asked questions
Is cancellation insurance included?
No. Cancellation insurance is neither included nor automatically taken out. Check your personal cover and purchase suitable insurance if needed. Any bank-card cover depends on your card, policy, payment and covered reasons: check the policy wording with your bank or insurer before booking.
What happens if my flight is cancelled or I miss it?
You book your flight separately. A disrupted or missed flight does not automatically entitle you to a refund or postponement of the stay if its services remain available; the cancellation terms apply, subject to your statutory rights. Contact your airline, ticket seller and insurer, then notify the team. Included transfers remain limited to arrival in Antalya on 9 May and departure on 15 May 2027.
Do I need dance experience?
No. The programme includes different levels, including complete beginners, and everyone is welcome.
Do I need to bring a partner?
No. The programme focuses on solo dance. In partner classes, rotating partners makes it easy to join in when travelling alone.
Which dance styles are on the programme?
There are four daily sessions from Monday to Friday, with three classes running simultaneously: 60 classes to choose from during the week, covering solo dance, urban styles, mobility, salsa, bachata and kizomba. The timetable is indicative and will be refined with the artists.
Do I have to attend every class?
Not at all. Plan your own week of classes, beach time, activities and relaxation.
Can I come on my own?
Yes. Many guests travel solo, and the holiday is designed to help you meet people from day one.
How will I fit in if I don’t know anyone?
Welcome events, classes with partner rotation, meals, activities and parties make it easy to meet people while going at your own pace.
Can I come as a couple or with friends?
Yes. Come together, let us know your room preferences and join whichever activities and classes you like.
How does room sharing work for solo travellers?
A questionnaire helps our team suggest a compatible roommate. All final room allocations are checked by a team member.
Can I have a single room?
Yes, subject to availability, with the €700 supplement shown on this page.
Is Club Med exclusively reserved for Escape?
No. Escape brings a group of 200 guests to Club Med Palmiye, alongside other holidaymakers. Enjoy resort life plus SalsaNueva’s classes and events.
What is included in the price?
Accommodation, the resort’s all-inclusive package, the dance programme, parties and advertised activities. Your contractual documents always take precedence.
